What is parity? This category is designed just for features that exist but work one way on one platform, and another way on a different platform. Bugs are not parity! In Bedrock Edition, skins support transparency, provided that your skin retains a small amount of opaque pixels.
In Java Edition, transparent pixels on the skin always appear black in the game.
