Increase beacon range or the amount of time the effects give or pocket one

If u increase the range then it would actually make a difference in what u can do with beacons without moving the whole beacon 10 blocks to the right or some increasing the effect time will mean if u go outside the range u will still have the effects for a bit longer then just 10 seconds and a pocket beacon will just be a beacon that works in ur Inventory and give the effect around u and if u want multiple effects at once just have multiple pocket beacons and it would possibly give another use for the auto crafter like make compressed iron blocks that can only be craft in the auto crafter and the pocket beacon need like a double compressed iron block in the crafting recipe and can be used to just increase the effects and range of a normal beacon on the ground too just over all just make a beacon update it some
