1. Jungle - Add spawner/vault blocks by expanding the jungle temple and mansion. Tree villages, hut villages, new plant / mob hanging flower that sends out a vine that grapples any entity and pulls them upward to a mouth like appendage. It can have a bundle like storage of 6 stacks and consumes any foods dropped by entity or player. You can harvest the flower and get seeds that will grow into new flowers when planted. If planted face up can extend vine upto 15 blocks to catch entities such as phantoms.
2. Swamp - Upgrade the witches hut, bigger structure like a coven. Incorporate spawner / vault blocks for brew related goodies, new potions and ingredients, seeds for new potions. Held villagers in raised cages you can free to start a swamp village with. New Mob - Water variant of a blaze and breeze - Water/Ice rods water or ice rods used for potion making, or enchanting recipes.
3. Mountain Volcano - Magma Spout block periodically spawns a lava source block on an exposed side (does not do this if covered or already has a source block). Very tall mountain with a large pool of lava in the center and these magma spouts around the blackstone interior and around the out exterior causing flows of lava. Mob Lava Crawlers - Crab / Lobster shaped creatures that are afraid of striders but do damage like silver fish slow on land fast in lava takes damage in water. You can lure them into water for obsidian glass if defeated/killed in water.
