Rocket Horses

People always see riding a horse as a fun solution for transportation in the game, that just is not quite competitive enough, since rockets are in the game too. So the obvious solution is to combine them into the ultimate form of transportation, a rocket horse. I think the name rocket horse is kind of self explanatory.

    What does it do can it run faster can it fly? I need more information if i am going to be voting for it.
