The item repair system must be reworked to allow for enchantment retention.

We all know the struggle of having an almost broken enchanted tool that you got from a farm or a chest that there are many of, but the issue is that you can't repair the tool and have it keep that enchantment. 

I propose that when you have two tools of the same enchantment/s that you plan to repair that it keeps the same enchantment level but increases the durability like with all the other tools. because of this small change you can now repair enchanted bows and armors from the classic mob tower farm, this gives you a use for actually using the bows and armor pieces that are in disrepair to give them a use, similar to blacksmith trading for armor and tools accept for more rare armor and tools.
