Feature Suggestion

Lately Mojang has been revamping really old and widely untouched features such as adding a new weapon  and fresh paintings in 1.21 or armor customization in 1.20. If this pattern is set to continue in Minecraft's near future, I think a feature that deserves a new update is fishing. Fishing hasn't really had anything new since the Aquatic Update which only gave the fish items new textures. New rod types, enchantments, or even biome specific loot could be a start.
