A Halloween Event

I’d like to have a Halloween event where there is a creepy mob that chases you either at night or in dark places like caves, and maybe it can haunt houses or something like that and scare people. But instead of informing the Minecraft community, keep it a secret when it releases for Halloween so it’s even more scary.
