The feedback website is in desperate need of improvement. The ui is junk, the authentication system is partly broken, and unless you post early on in the latest feedback channel for the newest update, you will most likely be ignored and disregarded. Here's a couple fixes. First is to fix zendesk so that people have a more reliable way of logging into their accounts without being locked out, because zendesk has an occasional glitch that logs people back out of their microsoft account right after they login.
Next, fix the ui to work reliably and be easier to use smoothly with less bugs and accidental glitches, but also to look way more poppy, and put more love into it, make easier shortcuts to different areas and categories, and make a system to default to a feed showing both the most popular posts, and one showing the latest ones, make take each individual peace of suggestion in consideration and eliminate the ones that aren't gonna fit, but before you do, be sure to inform the poster about it.
finally, make the feedback page more accessible through the website homepage. Finally, update the rules. Most of the reasons for disregarding certain feature ideas are half cooked and not very detailed. You are the game, but we pay for it, so you have a responsibility to listen to the community and communicate professionally with them when you can't fulfill their wishes perfectly.
