Lightning meets brewing

When lightning strikes above a brewing stand, reinforced bottles in the brewing stand are turned into "Lightning in a Bottle". The potion could do instant damage and if turned into splash or lingering potions they then have the same transformative effects on mobs as lightning which would help with obtaining . They could be brewed into a Potion of Luck with a Red Mushroom (a symbol of luck in Germany) or a Rabbit's Foot (leaping potions would not be affected because that uses an awkward potion but that could be confusing). Also they could be brewed into a Potion of Haste with a prismarine shard. It could be upgraded to Haste III using glowstone dust which allows you to instantly mine deepslate with an Efficiency V netherite pickaxe. The duration of the potion could be changed to balance this feature.
