Bring F3 Debug Screen and Subtitles from Java to Bedrock Edition

I think adding the F3 debug screen and subtitles from Java Edition to Bedrock Edition would be a fantastic improvement! (had this thinking for a while)

The F3 debug screen is incredibly useful, providing important information like coordinates, biome data, and other technical details that help with gameplay and troubleshooting. Having this feature in Bedrock would make things a lot easier for players, and also...

Subtitles are another great feature from Java that should be in Bedrock. They make the game more accessible for players with hearing impairments by showing on-screen text for different sounds in the game. This helps everyone, especially in situations where sound cues are important. (why on only specific editions??)

These features could be added as options in the settings menu maybe, allowing players to enable or disable them as needed. Adding them would make Bedrock Edition more user-friendly and accessible, enhancing the overall experience for all players.
