Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

New Calcite Blocks / Calcite Patches in Stone /Calcite Caves

Calcite has great potential as a building block in Minecraft. However, it doesn't have any block variants, so its uses are somewhat restricted. Adding new calcite blocks, such as bricks, chiseled bricks, and columns, could allow players to be more creative with this beautiful stone. However, calcite is somewhat rare. Calcite being as rare as it is does make it somewhat cooler, but it could be a little a little less rare. Maybe there could a small chance to find patches of calcite in stone or deepslate as well as in geodes, or maybe even calcite caves. In conclusion, calcite has so much potential as a building block.
