Concrete Powder Tweak

This is something that I would like to be in the game, since it would add a touch of realism to the game, when the concrete makes contact with the water, it becomes solid, and I would like that when rain begins to fall, leaving the concrete exposed to the rain, it becomes solid.
This would be a good idea, and would help many builders in Minecraft speed up their process when building their home, since it is tedious to put the concrete in water and pick it up, and put it back for the house. Otherwise it is also tedious to put all the concrete powder and then add water, it is easier, but when you want to make a roof, it falls, and it is tedious to put support blocks and then remove them, you could use scaffolding but there are times in which I can't find the bamboo and it becomes more complicated for me.
That's all, I would like it to be added to the game, it would help save time :)
