End Fluid type

So there is currently only two fluids in the game: water and lava, but we want more, so maybe a floating fluid that generated underneath the end islands and flow upwards?
It can also give you levitation when you touch it.
It would be cool if the bucket was upside-down and it flew up and out of a cauldron.

Extra thoughts:

Make the fluid stop flowing up after ~20 blocks so it wouldn't be really annoying to clean up.
Right clicking with a arrow could make it a tipped slow falling arrow or spectral arrow.
Put it in a bottle and drink it for some debuff, like nausea and levitation.
Could be helium? or Unstable/Destabilized End stone? I'm not good at naming thing to be honest.
