Leashable Minecarts

With the addition of being able to use leashes on boats in 1.21, as well as being able to travel through Nether portals with minecarts, I feel that a way to connect minecarts together with leashes or chains to create a train would be useful, especially for long-distance item transferring or villager transporting (which could introduce the trade rebalance since moving villagers would be less of a pain.)

Of course, boats could do the same, but I feel that minecarts would make automating the process a bit easier.

Also, maybe the Furnace Minecart could finally see more use.

    Not my idea, but instead of leads using chains for minecarts would be cooler.

    This makes sooo much sense now with the snapshot allowing you to create trains of animals with leads.

    Chains or leashes or maybe some new item, regardless this would be so cool! not to mention we still need the minecart changes in the base game.

    Can we have suicide bombing in Minecraft with elytra and TNT minecarts? Explosive Happy Ghast? Flying chest minecarts inventory?

    With this the furnace minecart would finally not be useless anymore as the train wouldn't break at every single corner or incline.
