Frozen Biome

Having a New Frozen Biome can add new things to blocks, and more light blue colors. A Frozen Biome can have a new structure, made with New Frozen Stone, and New Frozen Trees, making it a new wood set. It can also hold an Iceologer, adding that mob vote option into the game.
