Players can poop and can smell really bad

We know we eat alot but were does that food end up it doesn't make sense players should be able to poop there should also be a toilet made from clay and we know that steve runs alot and is always working so that means he should smell dirty and that smell should be able to kill players to stop the player from smelling he should bath there should also be a bathtub
