The end is in dire need of some variation, and with its only mobs (outside of the ender dragon) being the enderman and shulker, the underling would be a cool addition. Standing about one and one-third blocks tall, the underling would be a mob much like piglins, but with a few of their own concepts. The underling would be breedable, in which it would have a similar mechanic to villager breeding. They would eat chorus fruit, and as such, if you gave them some, it would start a long breeding process. The underling would have a face somewhat similar to the enderman, but it would have a shell much like the shulker's. It would carry a small backpack and have a similar stature to what the rascal would've had. Even funnier, when scared it will shut itself into this shell until the threat is gone. Damage in this state would be reduced significantly. Enderman would be able to pick it up while it is inside of its shell, leading to some even funnier situations. It would be a passive mob, in which you could trade with it. It would have different loot tables for all of the different items you give it. It would accept deepslate, amethyst, chorus fruit, copper, and shulker shells. Out of these copper and deepslate would be considered the least valuable to the underling. The rewards can range from very valuable, to only slightly. Oh, and they would normally spawn in groups of 2-9.
