New Minecraft Block for Redstone

I would like a block that sticks to honey, but not slime, and is not the honey block. Or vice versa and it would stick to the slime block, not to the honey block, and is not the slime block. This would make it so that I can soon finish the 100%-vanilla-3-floor elevator that I have been working on with no command blocks.

Specifically, this block would be able to be moved by a sticky piston pushing and contracting a honey or slime block, with this new block at the end, following the honey or slime block. I do not care what it looks like, sounds like, what its name is, etc., just that it works on Java, where I am working on the elevator. It could be another variant to honey, if it were to stick to honey and not slime, besides the honey block and honeycomb block. If it were to stick to slime and not to honey, I do not know what it would be.

I'm sorry if this was confusing or anything, but please put this in the game. It would mean so much to me and would make it so that I can make a 3 floor elevator in survival as well, as the elevator I'm working on uses all vanilla blocks that can be found in survival mode.
