There are a lot of music discs that are only obtainable through the skeleton-creeper method, which is a really inconvenient way to get them. I think Mojang should retrofit some of the existing structures to have these unobtainable* music discs.
My ideas:
Blocks could be found in village chests rarely (most villages will not have it)
Chirp could be found in woodland mansions very commonly (almost guaranteed to spawn somewhere)
Far could be found in strongholds
Mall could be found in jungle temples 1/3 of the time
Mellohi could be found in end cities 1/4 of the time
Ward could be found in pillager outposts 1/2 of the time
Strad could be found in buried treasure 1/2 of the time
Stal could be found in igloos 100% of the time
Wait could be bought from wandering traders 1/4 of the time
11 could be found from fishing
