An electricity themed dimension

An electricity themed dimension would have to always be in a thunderstorm. It would have at least one structure that contains a new mob, the bolt. The bolt would be similar to the blaze or breeze but lightning themed. This dimension should also have a boss that shoots thunder at you. Once you beat it, it will drop a new item. Also, the dimension should have a new ore. You enter the dimension after beating one of the bosses currently in the game.
