In November 2021 java received a feature to where you can sheer vines to have them stop growing. For a company that's so focused on java and bedrock parity even in 2020, why on earth isn't this a bedrock feature? I had 2 massive pvp jungle projects in the last 3 years and I wasn't able to control the vine growth naturally. Climbing vines is a massive part of the pvp map I made, and the fact bedrock has never gotten this feature during the literal same exact update that came out for both Minecraft's is insane. What makes them decide to not be add certain features like something so simple? Now you might think there's 4 ways to fix this but there's really only 1 true way.
1. Add string = Damaging the build with string on over 500 vines. Not a fix, it looks horrible.
2. Turn off tick speed = I have a lot of fire play invested into the pvp with this would ruin the best part of the game. Not a fix, it's taking away a major aspect of the game
3. Use Structure voids = Players can't hit other players through the invisible block itself. Not a fix due to damaging gameplay
4. Just add the Sheer vines Java Parity into bedrock = Fixing every one of those issues I listed.
I'm extremely shocked to find that one has said anything about this because there a lot of players I've talked to that had similar experiences to me. I will still never understand why this feature was added to java and not bedrock. Please note I also understand both Minecraft's are coded on different languages but still.
