Add furnace minecarts to Bedrock

I know Jeb doesn't appreciate the furnace minecart, but they are invaluable for creating cheap trains to transport material back from the depths of a mine and there is no cheap or early game alternative for this. It couldn't be *that* hard, plus, i'll love y'all. :)
