New Enchantments

I have ideas for new, powerful enchantments for Leggings and the Chestplate

The Leggings enchantment is called Biking, and when equipped, instead of sprinting when pressing Ctrl, a bike animation pops up and you can ride a bike in Minecraft. This will speed up travel, but will cost small amounts of durability. This promotes biking in real life and would be useful for getting around. Higher levels will give a different bike, for example Biking I can give a Dutch style city bike, while Biking II gives a sports bike.

The Chestplate enchantment is called Buff, which gives 1 extra damage per hit, similar to the Sharpness enchantment, but instead works always when worn, but it'll cost durability. It'll make the Chestplate more interesting, because it doesn't have its own enchantment yet.

I would say to make them exclusive for the Swamp Armorer (Biking) and the Jungle Armorer (Buff)
