CHANGE HOW EYES OF ENDER FUNCTION

I hate how the eyes of ender work they have a chance of breaking when you throw it and it instead when you throw an eye of ender it should just go to the stronghold without stopping or breaking because the eye of ender is the most boring part of the gameplay I want 1.22 to be end update and can I have a custom ender cape if this gets added
