Opening other programs/apps in 2nd monitor should not minimize fullscreen

When I have fullscreened Minecraft Bedrock in my first monitor and my I open another program or I update a specific windows in the second, Minecraft minimize and loads its screen.

Minecraft screen should not be interrupted by any other action if it's not minimized intentionally.
