Unsaddling Pigs and Striders

Almost everyone knows that when you add a saddle to a pig or a strider, you can't get them back, the only way to get the saddle back is by resorting to violence. So i suggest the idea of using shears to get the saddle back without being violent, this would be useful as many players want to get their saddles back, but without getting rid of their animals. This feature would work while crouching, and then using the shears on the animal.
