Blood Moon

The Blood Moon would be a new Ominous event that can happen naturally and that you can also manually summon. You can summon it by consuming rotton flesh while having the bad omen effect, this will give you blood omen for 15 seconds, and once those seconds are up, the blood moon will activate, it can also have a 10% chance to happen every night. During a blood moon, the moon and sky will have a red dim, and the water will also have a red dim. Hostile mobs will spawn more often during a blood moon, and there could possibly be a couple of new mobs added as well.
