Since we add armor for wolves, why not for cats?

It's true it's a good addition, the dogs could have new armor,
  but why not cats?
  I think it's unfair, so please Mojang add this new thing in 1.21

    Cats aren't for fighting, that's why not.

    Creepers are scared of cats, but creepers may blow up when near cats, which can cause the cat to be damaged.
