Structures with Exclusive Enchanted Books

Giving enchanted books the same treatment as armor trims will encourage exploration while helping to remove the tedious gameplay of cycling villagers.

Examples of putting enchanted books in certain structures:

• Riptide in underwater ruins
• Frost Walker in igloos
• Fire Aspect in nether fortresses

And so long as anvils are updated, as I suggested solutions for in my other post, I think mending should only appear as end city loot. With anvils updated, locking mending books to end game would be a satisfying reward rather than a tedious necessity through villagers.
