Custom Brewing Recipe

Hello.

Since in 1.21, Mojang reworked the entire NBT system and added custom painting & enchantment, I don't understand why we still don't have a custom brewing system, it would be easy to add since the new component system can be used inside custom recipe instead of using knowledge book.

So yeah I hope this will be added, it would be very useful and handy for datapack maker/mapmaker like me.
