Second Chance when buying a product on the Marketplace

Although uncommon buying stuff that you don't want happens on the Marketplace however a second chance / are you sure popup would solve all these problems

    my suggestion is a refund for example

    I bought it and it did not work it was only 160 mine coins but what if this happened to some thing that is 1650 mine coins
