Lightweight Enchantment

I think a new enchantment needs to be added to Minecraft called lightweight. it would increase the player's weapon (sword or axe) swing speed by .1 (for example, a sword would have a 1.7 swing speed instead of a 1.6 swing speed) for each level, 1 being by .1, 2 being by .2, etc. with there being 3 levels. Or the swing speed of the weapon could be increased by 5% for each level, level 1 being 5%, level 2 being 10%, etc. with there being 4 levels. I think this will add to the 1.9 combat, and it can make survival pvp and pve more fun in some ways. it might not even be accessible from the enchantment table, but only from the trial chambers that are coming in 1.21. I think the lightweight enchant would go perfectly with the breeze rods that are coming in 1.21.
