New Piston Noises (And Potential Solution)

With the new snapshot we got new noises for pistons. I think these new noises fit the game well (although they should be a lot more mechanical). However, I am also of the opinion that the previous noises felt much more mechanical. These new ones fit flying machines and similar creations extremely well, but when I look at my gold farm/auto-barterer and think about it without the noise of my purposeful overuse of pistons, or at my 3x3 piston vault door, I think the old noises work far better.

Potential Solution: "Silenced Pistons"

Similarly to how adding a slimeball to a piston creates a sticky piston, adding wool (or something else, but wool already has sound-dampening properties as seen with skulk) would swap the noise of the piston from the old sounds to the new ones. These could come in both regular and sticky varieties.

Also maybe make the new ones more mechanical-sounding. The more I hear them the more I think they need the "clunk" the old sounds have more.

  100% this. They could also make the silenced pistons not trigger skulk sensors when they're triggered, giving redstoners more options when using skulk
