When lightning strikes a chorus plant it should change into a “corrupted” chorus (name pending) which drops “corrupted” chorus fruit. When these are eaten, they teleport you for a set time to your spawn point within that dimension (either bed or respawn anchor). After a set amount of time, it will teleport you back to the position you started in. Alternatively, the chorus fruit could be linked with a different bed/ respawn anchor to the one that is your respawn point. This would allow for players to quickly teleport from wherever they’re building or mining to their storage system so they can grab whatever blocks they need or clear their inventory. Adding redstone to it in a brewing stand would increase the time between teleporting to the storage system and teleporting back. I reckon either an extra 30 seconds per redstone or if it only comes in two levels then level one would be 20-30 seconds and level two about 2-3 mins. Level one would then be used when you need to just quickly grab something or unload your inventory and level 2 when you want to fully sort out your inventory. All chorus flowers on the plant that was struck would become “corrupted”, so once lightning has struck it once, it is farmable (a requirement for it to be consistently used). If you are able to add infinite redstone to it, and each one added a set amount of time, I’m sure redstoners would find a use for it in clock making. I see this as a way to fix the inventory issue without expanding the inventory
