Making these two flowers useful would encourage players to venture out and find the sniffers to get the flowers that would be able to be used as food and even as decorations.
1. Torch flower:
This plant (at it is right now) is kind of useless. It can only be used to make dye and for decoration. Of course the other flowers have the same uses, but this one is hard to get so lets give it a bigger job. It could work as a light source, as it could replace normal torches with flowers. Its named the "Torch flower" for a reason. It could also make a type of stew or soup that would make you light up but give you a positive effect in return. The stew would be made out of glow berries, torch flowers and a bowl.
2. Pitcher plant:
The pitcher plant currently has the same uses as all the rest of the flowers in the game. We need to spice it up. Players can harvest the potato that the pitcher plant grows from and place it anywhere just like any other minecraft block, but it can be eaten like a cake. When consumed it could be a greater source of food than the similar cake. It could also give the player an effect like levitation, which the player can not get at any time, because the effect can only be inflicted onto a player in the end.
