1.21 easter egg/tribute for my dog whose about to pass away in real life

My dog in real life is about to pass away very soon.

I was wondering if we could add a easter egg where if you name a tamed dog Eddie, (My dog's name), it would turn into a silver dachshund, the breed Eddie was. 

I thought this would fit well because Minecraft had an easter egg like this where if you name a rabbit toast, it would turn black and white. Also, Minecraft just recently added wolf variants so I think it would fit nicely with the update.

This would mean a lot to me if this was added to the real game. Thanks.
