Windswept Skeleton

This mob can be found in trial chambers and jagged peaks. This mob uses a bow and it uses wind charges to fire at players. When defeated, it drops wind charges and has a chance to drop its bow. It can inflict Wind Charged on affected targets.

It can also fire arrows with the Wind Charged effect sometimes, and it also has a chance to drop these arrows.
