A Lesser Lingering Potion

... is brewed from a normal potion and a Bottle o Dragon Tears. Lesser Lingering Potions, when thrown, have a magic effect cloud which is smaller than effect cloud of a normal lingering potion. Bottled Dragon Tears are obtained by using an empty Glass Bottle on a Crying Obsidian block, which is turned into normal Obsidian. Arrows can be crafted around a Lesser Lingering Potion to create Tipped Arrows. These (Lesser?) Tipped Arrows have a magic effect which has a lower level than the potion which was brewed into the Lesser Lingering Potion. Drinking the dragon tears causes the player to cry, send particles to the nearest stronghold.
