Spout

I would like to propose making a spout out of copper, iron, or gold. This spout would be similar in size to the trip wire hook. The spout can be placed onto a tree or cactus to pour limited water from the tree or cactus. It would also be cool if you could craft a “fountain” by combining animal/mob heads in which the water would pour from the animals mouth. You may have to resupply it with buckets of water or rig up something with a hopper or redstone for it to pour continuously.
