Make pick axes (or shovel or axes too) the tool to use for heads

Mob heads are great until you need to clean them up, A shovel or an axe makes sense but I like the idea of the pick axe based off the Technoblade quote "I have a pick axe and I'll put it through your teeth". I know "Techno blade never dies" is in the splash text in the main menu but I like the idea of a fundamental feature being added to immortalize him. Minecraft has done more then enough for immortalizing Techno. This is just to suggest a tool to better remove mob heads, I just like the idea of the tool to have a story behind the feature.
