Improved farming and hoes

Hello Mojang!

Farming and hoes have been key part of Minecraft for years, but perhaps they could use an update? The hoe doesn't have any unique enchantments like the sword or pick, and a farming overhaul would be a good way to introduce these. Tilled soil could have more levels of saturation, or even varying qualities (like how coarse dirt cannot be planted on) to boost/slow crop growth. Composters and hoes would have more appeal, and manual farming would be a rewarding function. New enchants could boost crop speed, and a hoe-exclusive version of sweeping edge would allow players to collect multiple crops at once.
