New layer for people with 100% achievements

For people or players who achieve all the achievements, they could have a special layer for having achieved all the achievements, it could also be for some other achievement, the layer would have a green background And a steve with the dragon head, I would love a cape like that would also be available For java people I want to see what mojang thinks
