Repelling chestplate enchantment

The "Repelling" enchantment can only be applied to the chestplate. It launches anything that melees the wearer in the opposite direction of said wearer. this enchantment acts similar to knockback or punch, only it effects the entity/player dealing the damage.

I think Repelling would be a great enchantment because; it welcomes even more creative combat options, adds an extra enchantment for the chestplate which, compared to the other armor pieces, doesn't have very many enchantments, and it'd be fun to mess around with.
