After a span of a few years of work, you combine Java and Bedrock Edition. Hear me out, there has been so much debate in the community on which version is better, what Java has that Bedrock needs to have, and vise versa. It's gotten to the point where Mojang needs to add a bunch of Java features to Bedrock as "Parodies". And the whole reason Bedrock Edition was made in the first place was so Minecraft could be Multi-Platform. They could have just added Java Edition to those other devices, but they don't allow JavaScript on consoles, phones, etc. If they did however, you could code Minecraft from scratch using the existing game files to make it easier, and create one "Minecraft" with the best of Java and Bedrock, available on all platforms. And to make sure no one complains, add a list of toggleable settings in the world creation menu, such as the old combat, and other exclusives from the 2 versions. Overall, this would be the biggest and best accomplishment Minecraft has ever seen, and would truly bring the community together as one. Please consider this.
