Option to enter 'Infinite' as the amplifier of the effect under /effect

The same as for the duration of the effect, only for the amplification

    Most effects change their behaviour depending on the amplifier, for example absorption, where a higher amplifier means more extra health. Therefore I don’t see the point of an infinite amplifier since how would you define “infinite health” (just use a high enough resistance if you want invulnerability) or “infinite jump height”. Most effects don’t even take the amplifier in account and behave the same way.
    I’m interested to hear how you imagine an “infinitely strong” effect, otherwise I don’t see it being useful.
