Much like how Amethyst spawns in geodes, Turqoise should spawn in Geodes too. They would be elongated geodes, being taller than wide. As for the actual Turqoise block, it’d be Turqoise Green with the texture of a smooth crystal. The three layers comprising of the Geode would be , Smooth Granite, a sort of smoother block version of Granite much like Smooth Basalt is to Basalt. Then, after would be a sort of compact Dirt. Maybe such like Podzol, just more rough and blended in Texture. Lastly, would be the last layer or the inner part of the geode (much with Amethyst Geodes, the inside would be hollow) , with the Turqoise-Green block covering the walls.
This would make as a good Buliding palette, but further could have some practical purposes.
Turquoise Blocks once mined could drop Turqoise Crystals, which could either be used in Armor Trims, a possible new type of Lantern which only shines brighter once underwater, and possibly a way of crafting (On Bedrock, or as an alternative) glowing arrows, maybe by a new Powder made of the new Crystal.
It’d spawn at the same level as the Amethyst Geode, however would be significantly less common than Amethyst, too not crowd the Underground. I’d personally like to see this as not only do I believe the practical purposes I above listed in, but believe it’d set a precedent of future Ore or Crystals to not rather be for weapons or armours, but to instead be for unique purposes, such as how Lapiz Lazuli is for Enchanting. Thank you.
