Update recipe give command to include namespace:*

Currently the recipe give command can take in an * to unlock all recipes. It would be useful if it could be limited to a namespace so you could give all Minecraft namespaced recipes without giving others.

For example, the following command would give all `minecraft` namespaced recipes, but not a recipe named `customrecipes:coolthing`.

/recipe give @s minecraft:*

    I'm writing a datapack and it would be really nice to be able grant all recipes within the datapack without having to simply dump every recipe in the game on the player.
