The New Sketer Dimension

I've seen that portal in the ancient cities and it's time to make that a real portal. The new dimension would be called the Sketer and there would be 2 new mobs in the dimension. The first one would be the Slurm and it would be like a snake. It would also be hostile. The second one would be the old Warden (the one like the Enderman)
