Option to Auto place only action items on bottom tool bar

Make option where bottom tool bar only lands working items like swords/ pickaxes/shulker box, torches etc and never places textiles like coal or wood etc, or auto inventory drop things like spider eye that we never use. Also diamond sheild! Thx
