Villagers Despawning

When ever I place blocks or destroy blocks in a village the villagers should not despawn because it  makes no sense and it is so annoying then you have to find another village 2000 blocks away Also villagers should be repopulating not having the same number of villagers.

    Villagers don’t despawn in Minecraft. You might have a problem with them dying when you don’t notice.

    This is an extremely delectably delicious idea. I also think that villagers should multiply overnight. This would add flavor to villagers and their villages. Villagers despawning is absolutely absurd and flavorless.

    Like the other person, I've never experienced villagers despawning. It might be a difference between Java and Bedrock, but I can't confirm whether or not it is.

    Yes they keep despawning they should repopulate on their own if they have enough beds in the village, food should not be a factor
